Ha ha, you use metric for all the ingredients, then use imperial for the oven temp! So many people who don’t use metric do that. Basically, halve the temperature, so the oven temp would be around 180c, that’s the standard metric temp.
Ha! Thanks for catching that. I try and provide both F and C maybe I only do that in my bakery recipes. I’ll try and land on a standardized method one day lol. It’s a new trend here in the US to use metric for baking. I also read cookbooks and recipes from across the world so sometimes things get crisscrossed. Bake between 180 and 190 C for this recipe, honestly most home bakers have to adjust baking temps depending on how their oven runs. Few of us have perfectly calibrated ovens lol.
I’m seeing Americans using metric more and more now as they realise a lot of their readers aren’t from the US and we ALL use metric, a much better system which will never catch on there it seems. We know how to convert most things as we are used to it, so I’m sure you’ll catch on. I intend to make these today cause they look so moist and easy. 😋😋😋
I just had one of these muffins today and they are everything Olga says they are. The blueberries just squirt in your mouth! It's good to know I'm eating a healthy muffin!
Hi Olga, The recipe looks great. One question: the ingredient list says 265 gms of blueberries and the instructions say 365. Can you advise?
