Love this idea! I make similar bean salads regularly, but have never thought to add buckwheat. Excited to give it a go.

Thank you! Thank you for your enthusiasm. So in Ukraine we predominantly eat roasted buckwheat which in my humble opinion is a lot tastier and flavorful. If you only have access to raw or green buckwheat I would still give it a try, you can find it in most health stores. In the US raw buckwheat seems to be pretty common. If you go to an international or Eastern European grocery store, those usually will have roasted buckwheat or you can purchase it online.

Ольга, так с Вами можно и не на английском?!

По поводу зеленой и жареной гречки. Я просто уточнил, из какой делать, потому что известный факт - вне славянского мира гречку едят зеленой и она не часто бывает на столе в качестве блюда.
